The shoulder hug is the way conducted between two men. That is, the side-by-side two men are going forward, one reaches out a hand on another person's shoulders. This kind of action is comparatively informal, it can take the occasion, time and place of regardless, and you can show your friendliness to your colleagues, friends, and family at any time.
