Charles Wesley Mumbere, now 57 years old, was an ordinary nurse aide in a nursing home of Harrisburg, which is the capital of Pennsylvania, America. Most of the people are farmers, accounting for 1% of the total population in Republic of Uganda, and its size is roughly equal to the U.S. city of Pittsburgh. On October 19th, returned Mumbere would go back to the long separated crown to govern the public in Rwenzururu. Interestingly, in order to meet the traditional customs of his hometown, in 2007, Mumbere was "forced" to marry a 19-year-old Ugandan girl to as the Queen, and he was already over fifty years old then.
